Dave Harron

It's not yet posted on BDF, however I just heard on the grapevine that Dave Harron has passed away.

That's the same Dave Harron of Chile in South America who I (and others, especially including KatieMc) used to chat away with on the chatbox etc. in days gone by. It was only a couple of weeks ago that we were slagging the shit out of each other!

What a great shame.

Like all of us, I never met Dave and only knew him through the various bagpipe forums.....but I used to love his banter and the stuff he used to tell me about South America and the place where he lived.

There's little doubt that he's now up there flourishing and banging away on a tenor drum with the Heaven and District Pipe Band.

Janelle....can you please let KatieMc know?
