Great nerws com9ng from the british Championships yesterdfay with our members having a field day.

Iain and Gordy are probably still flying at 10.1000 feet after tgheir band Geoghehan Memorial took first place in Grade 3B

Robbies lot Denny came 4th in 4a and are really having a ball these days

Boghall and Bathgate, with those other two members?? you know the ones?? ah yes Peter and Fiona? once again took second place, a brilliant performance, but to cap it all they also took First place in drumming, I know a certain Lady tenor drummer who was to say the least, chuffed to bits.

I hope you lot keep these standards going, till Glasgow, I am so looking forward to seeing you doing the Biz in the ring.

It was a great day, both in terms of performances and the results.

NIce to get met up and have some chat

To say the crack was good is a bit of an understatement, Redneck was the usual star performer

We were delighted, and Boghall, are coming up again, they have a major win getting closer and closer

Belfast in the barrington will be good crack

Seeing as I wont manage Belfast?, I trust that you may help me imbibe in a shandy or two in Glasgow?

Well done all and well done to my old band Mauchline for their 5th place in Grade 2.

It was a fantastic day all round. Great performances I know Peter was very impressed with Geoghegan Memorial and wow what an atmosphere from them and our band at the march pass. We were all flying high I still am. Cracking result for Robbie too. Chuffed to bits.

Had a great day with some great mates. Absolute belter and the guys were all on top form as always.

we got 3rd in 3b we are a new band and that was our first comp thought we wowed a few people with that result

Yes Dave, it probably did; but more likely due to your recent foot stamping, crying and throwing of toys out the cot 'episode'.

The audience were probably standing there thinking, "thank heavens Glenrothes are better today; hopefully we won't have to go through their teenage drummer's temper tantrums again....."

well am with a new band now and its a stress free zone get on with every person there and its a great atmosphere so im just keepin my head and chip up with a big smile and loving it more than ever

Iain copy and paste the pics if you have them online somewhere its easier. If you don't click the 6th icon from the left above the text box that is host an image. upload your image from comp. then copy the image url (2nd one down) and open the 7th icon from the left which looks like a pic of a tree. paste the image url in the box it brings up and ok it. then it should work
