I agree the standard has definately risen throughout the grades this year. You can't call results as everyone has lifted their game. I'm impressed with your band Dave big achievement to break top three in your first comp. way to go. Iain your pipe corp could hold their own in grade 2 without a doubt. The drum corp are a cracking young outfit who will only continue to improve. Can't wait for the worlds. The Big One Icon_smile

Iain love yer profile pic The Big One 88412

Dave you guys got uniform yet? If you keep rolling in the prize money shouldn't be far off eh The Big One Icon_wink

actually.......I was thinking of donating mine to:-

"I'm a drum major from Northern Ireland"

Aye, right....NOT......flying pigs n' all that.

Gordy, please do have the pint that would be mine. Make sure that it's nice and cold, that it is drunk at a steady pace of knots and that it is thoroughly enjoyed.

Oh yes, and....sorry but I don't do Guinness, so you'll either have to have a Murphy's instead or a decent brand of lager........Tsing Tao Premium or Philippine San Miguel preferred. Don't suppose they're available at the Worlds, so perhaps you go to a good quality bottle shop to get them beforehand........

I'm sure you won't mind.....but when it comes to the consumption of the amber nectar, I put a lot of effort into enjoying it.....
