I am proud to say he was treated well in Mississippi... http://bagpipebusker.blog.com/2009/06/29/mississippi-belter/ and the furniture store he played at, Miskelly Furniture, donated a big $1,000 to the charity. By the way, that's no ordinary furniture store... it's huge, with a carousel inside, as well as a restaurant! It's only ten miles from my house. I would've loved meeting him, but I had to work the day he came through. Crying or Very sad

LOL....I'm glad I live nowhere near it, or in addition to thirty-five handbags, forty-eight pairs of black stilletoes, fifty-eight cocktail dresses......I'd no doubt also have fifteen sofas and twenty-two dining room tables....... Very Happy

Laughing That's probably true! It's a pretty wonderful store, and they usually have the best prices around. Half my furniture came from there!

Almost Wooshed in the US of A Empty Almost wooshed in the US od A

Post by K9piper Fri Nov 13, 2009 8:00 am

Being from New York about 70 miles north of the New York City I do have to say that I am sorry for the treatment that the piper given while he was playing to raise funds for charity.
It seems that some of my brother and sisters here in America have little or no class.
If I was not in the states and that happened to me I would think that America was made up of classless fools. Sorry again!
